5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 4 hours during business hours. During high-volume periods such as major cricket matches or PSL finals, processing may take up to 24 hours. General Bonus Rules

Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be played through before withdrawal. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Most bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the specified time are automatically removed from your account.

Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets attempted during suspension will not be processed.

9. Player Conduct

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets
Colluding with other players, including at live casino tables

11. Account Closure and Termination
